The Faculty of Mathematics of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile is proud to host Flexible Statistical Models For A Skewed World of Data: A Workshop in Honor of Reinaldo B. Arellano-Valle’s 65th Birthday.
This Workshop is an international meeting whose main goal is to disseminate recent developments of skew-symmetric models to the statistical community. The meeting also offers an opportunity to create an environment for new scientific collaborations, to have contact with productive (international and national) researchers and to introduce students to this area of research.
The Workshop will be held in Santiago de Chile at the Faculty of Mathematics, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from October 09th to October 12th, 2017.
