Special Issue: Celebrating 140 Years of the International Statistical Institute – Advances in Theory and Applications
Since 1885, The International Statistical Institute (ISI) has played a central role in advancing the development, dissemination, and application of statistics worldwide, particularly in Latin America and Caribbean.
In recognition of this remarkable legacy, the Revista Colombiana de Estadística is pleased to announce a special issue dedicated to celebrating the ISI’s 140th anniversary. This issue seeks to highlight the contributions of the global statistical community, with a particular emphasis on advances in theoretical and applied statistics that reflect the diversity, relevance, and transformative power of our discipline.
